HR Consulting Focus

Hi, I’m Trina Sandlie, Founder of Sandie Consulting. I started Sandie Consulting because I’ve seen how much stronger organizations are when the people side of the business is supported with clear structure, consistent processes, and practical HR guidance.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked across industries helping organizations navigate employee relations, build effective HR practices, and put the right systems in place to support their teams.
Before launching Sandie Consulting, I held senior leadership roles in HR at organizations including North Memorial Health, Allina Health, Deluxe Corporation, and Xcel Energy. I’ve led large teams, supported complex organizational change, and worked through a wide range of real-world people challenges.
Along the way, I earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and certifications in Prosci Change Management and other tools that support a practical, grounded approach to the work.
At Sandie Consulting, the focus is on bringing candid insight, steady guidance, and practical solutions to help organizations handle the people side of their business with clarity and consistency.
